Traffic Advisory: Traffic closure for Refugio oil spill response
The Unified Command for the Refugio oil spill response announces that there will be no scheduled lane closure for Saturday and Sunday near the Refugio Beach cleanup site. Heavy equipment may be moving through the area, so drivers are cautioned to take special care when driving southbound near Refugio Beach and El Capitan.
